I created this website to save myself time entering in the same LIP information for multiple primary source verification websites. It queries and generates a PDF screenshot of the results from multiple databases using wkhtmltopdf. It uses a LAMP setup. I used JQuery, JQuery Validate, UserCake libraries. It stores user data on a MySQL database. I designed two layouts one light and one dark.
